Ferrari F80: LaFerrari's successor with a V6 engine

The Ferrari F80 replaces LaFerrari. The engine is a 3.0 litre twin-turbo V6. Three electric motors assist. Combined output is 1,200 hp. Ferrari builds 799 cars.

From twelve cylinders to six

LaFerrari had a 6.3 litre V12. The F80 halves the cylinder count. In return, the engine comes from Ferrari's Le Mans winner, the 499P. Top speed is 350 km/h. 0 to 100 km/h takes 2.15 seconds.

What it means to us

We filmed the LaFerrari Aperta at Gumball 3000 in Copenhagen. We will not forget the sound of that V12. The F80 sounds different. We would like to sit in the right seat and listen.
